Compounded Nandrolone Decanoate

$105/vial (200mg/mL, 5mL total)

Nandrolone decanoate is an injectable anabolic-androgenic steroid derived from 19-nortestosterone that is sometimes used alongside testosterone therapy in select cases when patients experience joint pain, stiffness, or connective tissue concerns that may accompany hormone therapy or aging.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality prior to dispensing

Nandrolone decanoate is administered by intramuscular injection, typically in the glute or thigh. Injection frequency is usually less often than testosterone due to the longer-acting ester. Your physician will determine the dose and schedule based on your labs, your current TRT protocol, and your clinical response

Potential Side Effects +

Possible Side Effects

Compounded nandrolone is an anabolic-androgenic steroid and controlled substance. Side effects may include acne, oily skin, increased or decreased libido, mood changes, excitation, sleeplessness, nausea, chills, fluid retention, swelling, changes in cholesterol markers, changes in blood sugar control, and changes in liver-related labs.

Possible male-specific side effects may include suppression of natural testicular function, reduced sperm production, testicular shrinkage, infertility, erectile dysfunction, increased frequency of erections, prolonged erections or priapism, gynecomastia, epididymitis, bladder irritation, and worsening urinary symptoms in patients with prostate enlargement.

Injection-site reactions may include hives or irritation at the injection site, post-injection hardening, pain, redness, swelling, bruising, or infection-like symptoms.

Compounded nandrolone may increase sensitivity to oral anticoagulants and may increase bleeding risk in patients taking blood thinners. It may also affect glucose tolerance, so patients with diabetes may require closer monitoring.

Serious risks may include fluid retention that worsens heart, kidney, or liver disease; significant changes in cholesterol; liver-related complications; severe mood or psychiatric changes; prolonged erection; or serious reactions related to misuse, abuse, or use at doses higher than prescribed.

Seek medical care right away if you develop chest pain, sudden shortness of breath, severe swelling, yellowing of the skin or eyes, severe abdominal pain, severe mood changes, symptoms of a blood clot, signs of infection at the injection site, or an erection lasting more than four hours.

Tell your healthcare provider if side effects are severe, persistent, worsening, or concerning.
